Also you want your gsync set to "enable in fullscreen mode" only, then download nvidiainspector and go to World of Warcraft profile and set both Gsync Application Mode, Gsync Global mode to "Windowed and Fullscreen". Wow doesnt run on fullscreen, but enabling gsync on everything causes some unintended behavior on your windows, chrome etc.
Mar 31, 2014 · The reason I believe it is applied to everything is because it is a global 3d setting. When I turned it on my monitor went black for a few seconds, then came back on. Global 3D setting does not mean applies to everything. Global 3D setting means it'll be the default, or user-set default, for each and every application.
Sep 14, 2023 · I am in the same boat as you, I can play any and every other game, except WoW, WoW Classic, and WoW WOTLK. Everything else is fine and it worked up until the patch. I have reinstalled Bnet too many times, I have reinstalled WoW too many times already. I am in Japan and I have zero inclination to talk to my ISP about something like this when literally nothing else changed…

Also check that under 'Manage 3D Settings' and then going under the 'Program Settings' tab on the right window, make sure you do not have WoW listed there (the list is not alphabetical) or if it is, make sure the option for 'Monitor Technology' is set to Global or G-SYNC.
